- Intolerances App– Great phone app for tracking overall fructose and fructose/glucose ratio of foods and more accurate than many medical handouts provided for FM diet.
- HFI-INFO Discussion Board– a discussion board about Hereditary Fructose Intolerance, which is a recessive disorder of fructose metabolism that makes it difficult for the body, chiefly the liver and kidney, to use fructose and fructose-containing foods. HFI is life-threatening whereas Fructose Malabsorption is not, but this is still a good place to ask FM questions and to learn more about the low FM diet.
- Cronometer– A web app that can help track nutrients and see what you’re missing.
- Boston University HFI Laboratory– Boston University supports HFI research and has a HFI DNA test that has proven relatively successful in identifying HFI versus FM sufferers.
